In June 2026, the Antwerp.Fashion Festival puts the spotlight on the current generation of designers, fashion talents and fashion brands. At the same time, the festival aims to lower the threshold to the fashion sector.
At the end of March, MoMu - Fashion Museum Antwerp pays tribute to 'The Antwerp Six' with a large-scale exhibition, marking the 40th anniversary of their international breakthrough.
With the fashion festival, the organisers aim to bring both established names and a new generation of designers and brands to the forefront.
These initiatives underline the historical importance and contemporary position of Antwerp as a leading international fashion city.
The Antwerp.Fashion Festival is part of a multi-year fashion plan supported by the city of Antwerp, Flanders District of Creativity and MoMu, in collaboration with the fashion department of the Royal Academy of Fine Arts Antwerp.
Shows & presentations
Antwerp-based designers and fashion brands showcase their collections through shows and presentations. The fashion department of the Royal Academy of Fine Arts stages its annual SHOW, whilst other designers present their work through film and alternative formats.
Installations
Across Antwerp, shops and hospitality venues are opening their doors to unique installations by designers and fashion brands, allowing visitors to the city to really experience fashion.
Windows
Creative fashion talent is being showcased in shop windows and unique venues across Antwerp. This creates an inspiring city trail, via shops, galleries and unexpected spots in the city centre.
Expo's
With ‘The Antwerp Six’ at MoMu, KMSKA x Young Fashion Designers and the Academy’s annual exhibition of fashion masters, the festival offers a rich programme of exhibitions. Digital experiences such as The List and The Carousel showcase home-grown fashion talent.
Talks
Fashion professionals can attend the Fashion Talks conference on Thursday. With the streetwear event JUNCTION, the festival also caters to a younger audience. In addition, various talks will take place across the city.
